Booking conditions

• The reservation will be considered firm and final upon receipt of the deposit which amounts to 25% of the price of the stay.
• The balance of the stay must be paid 30 days before your arrival date.
• Payments will be made by bank transfers or checks.
• The tourist tax will be payable on arrival of €3.96/night/person aged 18.
• A deposit is required upon arrival; it is not cashed and will be returned after checking the chalet, one week after your departure.
• The chalet is non-smoking.
• Animals are prohibited in the chalet.

In case of cancellation

In the event of cancellation by the customer, the following costs will be retained:

• If the cancellation occurs more than 60 days (8 weeks) before the arrival date, the deposit will be retained as compensation.
• If cancellation occurs within 60 days (8 weeks) before your arrival, the entire payment for your stay will be retained as compensation.
